Argentinean Six Pack

The Fanfest in Stuttgart was our favorite setting of the five we visited. In the center of town the Schlossplatz, which fronts the Neues Schloss palace, featured three huge video boards and room for thousands of fans. The Holland-Ivory Coast game didn't start until 6, so, as a warm-up, fans watched the day's first game, Argentina against Serbia & Montenegro, from Gelsenkirchen. You think the U.S. got beat bad in Gelsenkirchen? That was nothing. With their fans enjoying the show, Argentina pounded the Serbs, 6-0.

And while the Dutch lost interest in that game, they were excited to see members of the royal family make an appearance from their hotel across the street.
